BEWARE - Not this company

I purchased a solar kit from this company off Amazon com It took forever to arrive Once it arrived it was missing the battery cable and solar panel mounting hardware It came with an extra solar panel cable I contacted the company through Amazon After multiple emails back and forth they wanted me to take pictures of what arrived and the packages I had already unboxed everything and had it move out to my shed for installing I m a disabled veterans so it s not easy for me to go out there and gather everything up for pictures especially when it makes no sense to do so The extra cable then sent me is worth more than the mounting hardware and battery cable combined So if I were being dishonest why would I tell them about the extra cable The Amazon page shows what comes with the kit so I would have to be pretty stupid not to know what s missing The packages were in perfect condition and I told them this from the very first email I finally told them to forget about it I would buy the parts myself People need to know about this company and it s poor customer support
