This company is clearly a money grab within the larger big pharma disaster that is devastating everyday Americans I would rate with 0 or -1 is possible The PBM model needs to be dismantled starting with investigations of collusion activity and their individual board members

By far the most despicable crooks in the pharmacy game and that is saying a lot This company will do anything they can to screw you over It is their mission to make every single person forced to use them as miserable as possible I would rather drive a mail through my own hand than have to contact this horrible company

DO NOT TRUST EXPRESS SCRIPTS Express Scripts is completely unreliable I put in an order for a prescription they said they had in stock and the order was put into processing mode I called the next business day they said it was being put on ice and getting ready to ship I called the next 2 days and was told the same thing I called the day after that and had the order escalated because I was out and they said it had moved to fulfilment and was waiting to ship out but not to worry that I would get my medication because it was in fulfillment I called the next day and escalated the order again and was told again not to worry it was in fulfillment waiting to ship 2 days later I get an email saying my order was cancelled due to lack of supply They will tell you whatever they need too to placate you and of course you get a different customer service agent each time so you never get the entire story Horrible experience with this company I will never use them again

Hostage to big Pharma
Just got another email for a balance of 244 61 Also stating that if not paid they won t release the scripts Excuse me That s not right How do you justify placing someone s much needed medication on hold And the Call Center The worst Customer Service I still don t have my Heart Medication That s ok cause I d rather use a local Pharmacy anyway

Express Script Pharmacy is a Nightmare
Express Script is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life and I am a pharmacist Customer service is terrible There is no communication Prescriptions are just magically cancelled Valid prescriptions are not filled or customer service says they need permission from the doc to for a prescription the doctor already wrote that is in the Express Scripts systems Mail order items don t arrive and are lost and Express Scripts says to go to a local pharmacy This business is a total nightmare

Ok for some drugs HORRID for more complex ones
For most of my prescriptions ES is fine But for one of mine it has been a NIGHTMARE So many emails and calls between me my doctor and ES With ES changing their story excuse so many times My doctor s office says they often have trouble with them Oh And their 3 month supply cost is more than 3x the monthly cost Gee thanks

The WORST company EVER to exist
I have NEVER had a seamless experience with ExpressScripts and I have two children who require daily doses of controlled substances due to ADHD ASD Not once Never Doesn t matter the situation in the years I ve been doing this as a parent whether it s the script processing shipping delivery accountability resolutions nothing The company has no idea how to effectively run a company of this magnitude and unfortunately it doesn t matter because families have no power They must use this company because of their insurance like myself so their incompetence goes completely unchecked I absolutely hate it Examples 1 Lost medication and no protocols to rectify such as claims against the shipping company 2 No source of resolutions for mistakes the company makes paying for a new bottle paying for expedited and overnight 3 The level of repetition required to get an answer 4 Been hung up on5 I had to call 3 times in 48 hours and sat on the phone for 3 hours and still didn t have a resolution 6 I had to repeat 4 different times to 4 different people the address where the medication needed to go And they misspelled the different parts of the address each time Why don t they have a system that autogenerates when you type in the zip code or beginning of street 7 Tone of customer representatives Useless 8 NOTHING that was said to be completed by previous people was ever completed - which required me to then call back and follow up on their incompetence which then led to more waiting and incompetence because what was supposed to be accomplished wasn t And when I checked online for this updated information it was not there 9 Certain Customer Representatives apparently have different accessibilities so if I call with a question concerning my son s medication I may or may not be able to have my question answered depending on the person who answers the phone Consequently I m constantly transferred to different people 10 It took me being on hold for 30 or MORE minutes for a supervisor to be available and this was after speaking to someone for 10 min who didn t have access to any of my information

Switching to the local pharmacy
First time user and will switch to the local pharmacy The automated AI system is the worst I ve dealt with The microphone is so sensitive that a small noise will cause it to repeat Customer service tries but is dealing with a bad system This is much more trouble than waiting in line for medications and I don t know that it saves any money Looking at the reviews they are all bad so this one will have little impact They need a new head of customer service experience to fix the mess they created I hope the executives try it out incognito so they can see how bad it really is
