The transaction of the casket I purchased was ok however I was charged for someone else s purchase of the same casket I was not notified by Express Casket of the error I noticed the additional charge and contacted customer service It took 4days for my refund to be processed and I have yet to receive the complimentary credit I was promised Poor service
