Lying unorganised company- By Paul King
So i payed for a Cybergun Famas with a few extras on the 26th of December when ordered it notified me that i would receive it before the 8th online it said they were open over the Christmas period apart from boxing day Christmas and new years in fact they were not open at all until 1st January Thats ok the website had clearly not been updated then the 8th rolls around and no sign of my delivery and no dispatch email i proceed to ring extreme airsoft to ask about my airsoft gun They told me they would get back to me with information they didnt i rang back the next day and they told me it had been dispatched i asked for a dispatch email because i havent recieved one and they proceeded toi tell me they couldnt find it the next day i rang again and they promised me it would be with me on friday that week still with no dispatch number i was a bit concerned so after being promised it had been dispatched and would arrive on friday it did not arrive so after i saw the back of the royal mail postman who it was supposed to be delivered by i rang them again they told me then that they broke my gun while spraying it and had to order me a new one It hadnt been dispatched they havent even got one in store so after being outright lied to i got a refund and followed my friends recommendation to shop at patrol base same gun cheaper price and they wont break it

Will send faulty products and then accuse the customer for them being faulty
terrible company and customer service will send out faulty and not fit for purpose products and if you send them back for repair or refund they ll accuse you of the fault and try to charge you for repairs or will refuse to refund AVOID AT ALL COSTS I confirm my review is honest and truthful within my experience with The Department CQB Airsoft Centre

Extremely Disorganised
Extremely Disorganised I have tried ordering from this company twice There website is not updated they don t seem to know what s in stock and what isn t After checking before ordering I was told yes item in stock so ordered and paid Then they emailed and asked me to phone them which I did I was told not in stock then told it is in stock and it s here in front of me 3 days later I had no confirmation of despatch so emailed them no reply emailed again next day and got a very kurt reply saying we asked you to phone us a few days ago So I phoned them again explained I had phoned them and it was in front of the guy ready for despatch so was it on its way Then told they didn t have it after all No apologies wasn t even polite Refunded won t give them a third chance

Terrible service
I placed an order with these folks the website saying it would be dispatched within three days 10 days later my order was still awaiting dispatch I sent them an email to inquire about my order but received no reply

Very disappointing
Orded a bb gun from them paid next day delivery To give them credit it did arrive the next day the only problem was the wrong gun Rang them was put through to the manager he apologised organised the returned and promised when they received it back would despatch the right gun he explained this had happened because both models were stacked on the same shelf and an assistant had picked up the wrong gun I asked if they had stock he assured me they had I had to ring to find out about the replacement The assistant told me he would speak to the manager came back said I d spoken to the managing director and he wasn t in until the next day and I would have to ring back because they didn t know if he had sent one out I asked him to check on the system what had been posted out he said they don t put that on the system I said I thought that strange a company not keeping track of what they post Just said I had to ring back Rang the next day to be told they had non in stock I told him I d been told they had plenty in stock He just said I d have to wait 3 weeks or a refund I chose a refund because I don t like being messed about To be honest I though they weren t truthful I would give them a wide birth Very poor customer service

Worst experiance ever extreme airsoft
Worst experiance ever Do not by from extreme airsoft Received faulty l85 scope was massivly out to the right Full left adjustment was still way out Unusable Blow back not working correctly Ignored all emails and letter in bix plus phone calls asking for refund Sent back withing 7 days from receipt Had to open pay pal case took over a month to get my money back Only 30 day warranty on terms plus says credit note They have low prices but not worth 30 day warranty term they did everything not to refund me Others give 12 months warranty Kept saying once returned they would call to discuss This never happend They sent me same gun back out of the blue scratched from not taking care while supposedly fixing it Just ignored anything I asked And would not give straight answers when phoned I will be reporting to trading standards for ignoring distance selling And don t think they can only just offer a credit note My advice stay away

Don t end up like me
Awful customer service I ordered a VSS from this company only to wait on an empty promise I was told there would be a 16 day lead time to when I placed my order That was fine by me That was over two months ago I have emailed them so many times but if I m lucky they will only respond to every 4th 5th email just to say nothing On the few occasions I ve been able to get through to them on the phone they ve told me it s stuck at European customs and every deadline has been failed to meet They told me they were making their way there to pick it up themselves and I should have it withing a week That was over two weeks ago now I feel so foolish to believe this lie They have bit offered to use their new supplier to fulfil the order but still commit to recovering it from Austria I will admit they have offered a refund however in the time I ve waited it is now listed everywhere else for at least 100 more Even if I got a refund I have wasted over 150 on other peripherals and accessories for this specific rifle No matter what I m out of pocket at this point I have had to raise this as a complaint to PayPal for dishonest practice I am more than willing to remove change this review but that would require my order to be fuffiled Please use them with care Don t suffer the same fate as me

Very Disappointing
Lack of communication and responsibility Ordered a pistol with three days lead time That was on the 25th of April After two emails they asked me to contact them by phone on the 5th of may I tried on five separate occasions to get through on their phone line and had no response Requested cancellation and have had no communication from them since I have had to go through my card provider to get the money back I would advise against dealing with this company at all costs
