My whole post cataract experience has been first class at the Rainham branch of John High The whole team are marvellous with special mention praise for Emily the optician who has been both understanding and extremely thorough when delivering my post-op tests and care She has listened to me throughout and remembered the outcomes from my first op when I returned following my second one I could not fault her and will now be staying with this branch for my ongoing eye care Thank you to all the team in this branch

Excellent Customer Service

I am a returning customer to the Faversham Branch for eye tests and have found all members of staff to be helpful professional and knowledgeable in their field Today they helped me fix a pair of sunglasses that were brought elsewhere with ease quickly solving my problem

Welcoming and professional

I came into the Bow branch after being referred for a minor eye condition I found the whole experience very welcoming and Hashim who did my appointment was very thorough and knowledgeable He completely put me at ease and sorted out my problem with lots of good advice Would recommend

First eye test for my 6 year old

The service from seeing to my 6 year old first eye test to choosing a pair of glasses was really good The help and explanation was excellent Would recommend to family and friends

Everyone working at the eye emporium Wandsworth were friendly welcoming incredibly helpful and professional Both myself and my daughter went in for eye exams and both opticians made us feel very comfortable throughout the appointment Lots of helpful tips given to keep good eye health Shalim was particularly great every visit she was patient knowledgeable and great at communicating She was happy to chat to my daughter and answer questions when my glasses were being sorted for new lenses Definitely recommend this branch for anyone needing an exam

I ve been using this opticians since my first pair or bratz glasses and they have always been amazing I had the loveliest experience today with Emily and Rita who were both so understanding and helpful especially when it came to choosing the perfect frames Thank you so much to you both

Bow branch Roman road branch Took my Mom for the eye examination Staff are gentle and polite with great patience when I was waiting I can see Faroor treated all the clients with great manners Professional eye check examination done by Mr MQ Rajan who did the check which is the most detailed examination I ever had before So plan for 1 hour for your eye checking it is beyond the expectations with great thoughtful recommendations and eye health suggestions Much appreciated
