Shout out to Eyebuydirect I purchased a pair of glasses at the end of October I loved everything about them - style quality prescription price A few days ago I tripped and face-planted on a stone step In addition to breaking my nose I broke my glasses I contacted Eyebuydirect explained what happened and wanted to see if I might get a discount or something on a replacement pair Instead of a discount they are sending me a replacement pair FOR FREE minus shipping If that s not the best customer service I don t know what is Their kindness has made this awful situation a bit more bearable
