Never arrived
Took a week to dispatch the item 9 days later no sign and the tracking link did not work Emailed them and it got rejected Got on the chat and eventually told oh it may have been damaged If I had not chased up I doubt I would have heard anything Appalling slow service and terrible lack of comms Will never go near them again I should add the person on the chat did not have a nice tone either Got a refund in the end

Scam site - avoid Took my money claimed item dispatched but tracking link doesn t work and email address for queries bounces back Now waiting for 30 days to pass so I can raise a dispute via my card provider Update item arrived but is clearly fake in plain packaging with photocopied instructions and looks cheaper than the genuine item I bought as a replacement elsewhere
