No Integrity learn from my mistake
I purchased a pool from D and P EZ Test pools and it was installed last fall it was covered for the winter in the spring the cover was taken off and we got it up and running this is when I noticed that the pool water levels were dropping at a higher rate than I thought was normal and the liner they installed was very wrinkled I sent an email to the sales guy at EZ Test who is super nice but wasn t able to give me a solid answer about what normal water evaporation is so I did some research and found out that my water drop was above what was normal it wasn t even hot and water was evaporating 1 4 inch in 24 hours and now that it s hot it s 1 in 48 hours EZ Test did send out their guy Dean to pressure test the plumbing to see if it is leaking under ground and he said it wasn t they also tried to remove the many wrinkles that were in the liner that they installed but they didn t come out I sent several more emails and called numerous more times but Dave would never call me back I was told they can t give out his number and that he doesn t have email In my opinion Dave lacks communication skills and can t talk to the clients so he has others communicate for him M y first email to EZ Test regarding the water levels wrinkles was 5 20 21 and we are now at 6 29 21 and no response from Dave I found a general email address for D and P and sent an email and received a return email from Trisha that I would be hearing from their attorney I have no idea why they would be suing me because I have paid them 40K for a pool that is leaking and has a wrinkled liner Now my patio is sinking next to the pool and it seems likely that water from the pool is causing this problem I am not completely sure at this point but I will be finding out I would stay away from this company at all cost I regret my decision to buy a pool from them their sales guy John in North Reading is super nice and I trusted him but he doesn t own the company and bottom line in my experience Dave takes the money and runs and has no integrity

I would give 0 zeros if possible They sold me a part that destroyed my pump motor for 120 and now I ll have to buy a new motor for 220 The worst part is they are ignoring my

Never got what I ordered
Ordered from them about a month ago and I never got the part I got an email that was checking if I got the part I said no they said wait two days and then contact them What the hell kind of customer service is that I wont order from them again

Terrible Experience
In February 2022 I ordered a 2500 spa heater that had an 8-12 week lead time My credit card was charged and an order confirmation was received In April 2022 when I inquired about its status the same person in Customer Service replied to me stating that my order was still on track we know now she obviously didn t even bother checking When 8 more weeks went by with no further communication whatsoever I again inquired on 7 7 22 only this time a different person replied and admitted the order had never actually been placed I received no explanations or apologies about how these things happened from anyone in management at the company and the only offer to make it right was a 50 discount and of course wait another 8-12 weeks while we do what said we had done back in February I cancelled the order with a full refund and have spent that money now with another company as E-Z Test Pool Supplies doesn t seem to care about its customers satisfaction certainly not mine at least

Don t trust their online prices
These people are great and usually very helpful I ve been a client for 10 years However don t trust their online prices I looked on line and a 7 pack full 1 partial set of elements for a DI filter was listed at 134 00 When I got there they were 35 00 each including the partial which ended up being 299 00 with 9 lbs Alk Rise I know my 1000 00 a year I spend is a small drip in their bucket but from now on someone else will get my Grand

wasted my time
waited a week on a part that was supposed to ship in 2 to 4 business days called customer support had to leave a message since they apparently don t work 5 days a week turns out they don t have the part and don t know when they can get it guess they didn t think it was important to let me know that or keep accurate info on their site my pool went downhill considerably in the time they wasted

Ridiculously slow order processing
Ridiculously slow order processing When you are placing your order they say orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours After you place the order and your credit card is charged your order conformation says that orders are processed in 3-5 days or possibly longer When they finally get your order out the door They use a 1 star rated shipping company called R L Carriers that is the worst in the business and will likely take several days to deliver if they do at all I had to drive to their terminal 3 5 hrs each way to get my pool filter I would shop elsewhere if you need anything in a reasonable timeframe
