Game is so one sided

been paying for this awful premium service for over a year all i get is toxic trolling players i report them it does nothing and the support team makes it as egregiously hard as possible to contact them when you do get through to them it s just one word responses or a clear lack of care for the issue at hand an absolute travesty of a company love getting told that someone saying in VC that they will r e my sister is not bannable

Game is so one sided - matchups are a joke playing against a side that is superior to your own last 5 matches have had me play against players that are ranked 2 levels above me last game I played 5 x Lvl2 against 4 x Lvl 1 And to make matters worse you have to play the whole game with a troll that you cant kick Have dropped down to 369 when I was up to Lvl2 myself and then the crap happened FACEIT is a PATHETIC joke of a platform

Can t disconnect your steam account from faceit

Faceshit as it s called just banned someone for playing too long The admins and mods who are 35iq at best tried to pretend they cared about his health What a joke I ll never use that platform in which every second game is a horrible experience and mods act like slaveowners

I want to make a new faceit account I like to disconnect my steam account from that faceit account But I can t disconnect my steam account and if I am deleting my old account I can t connect my steam account for the new faceit account That stupid Congrats faceit to make your platform unenjoyable for the users

Overall horrible platform who encourages players to troll and leave games because bans are like 30 minutes max Never pay for premium since you can get into supermatch when you havent bought premium And super matches are also full of trolls griefers and leavers
