Terrible costumer service The goods I ordered were very bad quality so I returned them the next day They ve recieved according to the post service my returned goods more than a month ago but I still haven t rcieved my money back

I bought a dress that looked amazing on their website but I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED The material is poor quality the dress is different from the pictures it also has a stain on the sleeve The bow is horrible I can t believe this product is still on the market

I placed an order 20037683 several months ago but the parcel was never delivered and the money has not been refunded This is the first time I ve encountered such a situation and I did not expect a well-known store to engage in such practices of stealing money from customers

Factcool - cheating with prices

They are cheating with prices now its time for black friday discounts and they put normal price double as normal and put sticker extra discount like 60 70 to attract You can find same product on this page and in online shop from manufacturer I will put only some examples -Husky Anapurna sleeping bag on factcool you find normal price 308 99EUR and discounted price 139 99EUR on husky sk you can find recommended price as 159EUR discounted price is 127 20EUR -Under Armour Shoes UA W HOVR Infinite 3 White shoes has on their site recommended price as 382 99EUR now with extra discount you can buy this shoes for 156 39EUR On manufacturer webshop you can find same product for 99 97USD - recommend price 120USD I think they want to attract buyers with this label of extra discount over 50 But they are still not the cheapest store

Terrible experience on every level I stated in comments that I m buying theirs products only because I can pay by card Next day I got customer service call that they don t accept credit cards Which is stated as a payment option on their site Told them to cancel the order They refused that Said that they just can t do that and that I can return package It s easier for them to trick you to not bother with returning That s exactly their business model Quality of their products is outrageous UCPD should check their cotton percentages too i e Pajamas parts are of completely different fabric obviously nothing like image on site Overall so disgusting I hope they close this practice very soon as today

Incorrect trader

On December 2 I ordered two products You had an ad on the site assuring customers that they would receive their order by Christmas This did not happen To date the order has not been delivered Your advertisement is misleading and contrary to the law head VII Prohibition of Unfair Competition of the Law on Protection of Competition To my surprise today I see that a product has been canceled from my order Nobody informed me about the change my consent was not sought

Never again

First I have waited too long to recieve the order than got it and it was no good have returned it today it has past 18 days and they in Slovakia still have not recieved it first you send it to local warehouse where it came in a day and they need to send it to Slovakia I have asked what is the waiting time answer was between 2 and 3 weeks which has past I live in Croatia not Australia for travelling almost 3 weeks now

I never received the package in 4-8 days as it was promised when I ordered I ordered a swimming suit 2 weeks before my vacation and received it only a month after They charge postage for sending and return which in my opinion is old-school Nowadays such companies cover these costs themselves See Zalando About you for example
