This is the tastiest food I ve had in a home delivery service It puts things together that taste great that I as a cook never thought of It is also so easy at the end of the day At this time in my life I only have myself to feed It is inexpensive when you consider to make these meals you would need lots of spices and vegetables that are never geared to a 1 person menu

The meals are the right proportion right safe amount of sodium right amount of carbs right amount of spices and right amount of variety They are delicious without compromising health

Even though the refund process for damaged meals leaves MUCH to be desired and one meal I had was gristly the experience overall has been life changingly positive The food is consistently good and I m eating much more variety with greater ease

Started my journey with FACTOR because I started wanting to loose weight and didn t have enough willpower to do that and shop for food and meal prep it was too much Found the subscription that offered prepared meals and they had enough choices wether I wanted to do more protein or low carb I chose their keto option and my meals are low carb and low calorie I was nervous about it but after my first box I realized these aren t frozen meals they re chef prepared and they are refrigerated only and I really liked that I have been using FACTOR for almost 2 months now I m very happy I can eat my meal after 2 minutes I don t go hungry and it s already portioned for me so easy to keep up with my goals I m also really surprised with the selection of meals and add ons they offer Anything from juices to keto cookies I would like to try them one day Price is good considering how much I spent eating out or at the grocery store and a lot would just go bad on me so no more wasting food Would recommend
