purchased this factory refurb generator to keep in the garage for when the yearly Florida hurricanes arrive to my surprise the generator arrived in a week the delivery guy brought it all the way inside my garage even though he was not supposed to The generator was very well packaged and sitting on a pallet with spacer boxes to keep it from rubbing on anything else during shipping and then the whole package was shrink-wrapped - well done Once unpackaged and after inspecting everything the generator appears in BRAND NEW condition and with zero damage and from where I am sitting looks like it was never used I was a little scared buying refurbished but I am so happy I did and I am so happy with this purchase As for FactoryPure - the times that I interacted with those folks they were Amazing From prior purchase questions to post delivery support they were fast and friendly - simply the best customer service I m super pleased with my purchase and highly recommend the folks over at FactoryPure - they saved me a bundle vs buying new
