I contacted a few companies for quotes to change my electric shower heater but went with Fairfix as they had the most reasonable price Ty went out of his way to assist and did a great job Would use again

After trying to book a boiler engineer via British Gas and being told I would have to part with around 499 for the visit alone they estimated the job would take 3 hours plus and being advised they couldn t get out to me before September 8th to start the work I decided to look elsewhere to get my boiler fixed Enter Fair Fix I hadn t heard of them I googled for reviews and was pleasantly surprised by the number of 5 star ratings I was also happy to note they would charge me a maximum of 149 plus cost for parts no matter how many visits were required our how long the work would take The very nice engineer turned up assessed the issue in 10 mins and was back the next morning with the replacement part Within 15 mins of the 2nd visit my boiler is working again I cannot recommend these guys enough I would give 10 starts I were able Speedy service a very fair price and all works and parts guaranteed And now I can take a hot shower and do some dishes before the misses gets home Nice

Helpful came out same day was able to get a slot for after work fixed price in advance so no surprises mended boiler would use again

Amazing service commitment

I just wanted to thank your company and Idris in particular for attempting to repair my boiler on Thursday afternoon and part of Friday He tried to get it going but unfortunately on this occasion just could not get it going he explained to me that part he tried to install was different to my original and that my exact part had been discontinued He was very informative and stated that it would be highly advisable to invest in a new boiler in which I am doing at present True to the companies policy the boiler was not fixed on this occasion so no charge was made I will definitely be reccomending you guys to people and will be turning to you in the future
