I had a problem when I switched cellular carriers I thought things were going to go smooth WRONG I had been trying to get this resolved since February 2022 without success I had made a purchase but unfortunately my new carrier had no record of my purchase so they were charging me for what I had already paid I provided them with receipts documentation and my bank statement where it showed the funds were taken out It was frustrating and quite stressful because I had gotten a raw deal After many unsuccessful attempts in trying to reach out to the rep who assisted me with the purchase her manager and even the regional manager nothing was solved So then I found Fairshake and they did what I couldn t do in months within 4 weeks My issue was resolved and I m very glad I came across them I was assisted by an excellent team that kept me in touch with the status of my case It was so easy and Fairshake was behind me every step of the way so my case was resolved quickly and efficiently I highly recommend Fairshake when you need someone to speak on your behalf Thank you Fairshake
