I recently bought a new flat from Fairview and found the sales team at Dock 28 amazingly helpful As someone with no prior experience in buying a property I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the whole process at the beginning And although I knew that it was time for me to make the move and own my own place I had many doubts and questions Suzy and Asem helped me greatly by answering the questions and making sure all worked smoothly for me The team was very punctual yet flexible every time I reached out or booked an appointment Everything was very well organised and professional I completed in 1 5 months and now I am looking forward to enjoying my new flat Thanks again to Suzy and Asem for their patience and professionalism

We had an excellent experience with Fairview New Homes In particular we want to thank Mursal who showed us the property and managed our case Mursal was quick to respond to our queries and very professional throughout We also want to thank Fahim who was happy to show my family the property whilst the paperwork was ongoing The whole process took 5 weeks from view the flat to receiving the keys Prior to receiving the keys we had a comprehensive pre-completion appointment with Paul who showed us around our new apartment We also identified a few snags which were resolved very quickly by Baylie Mihai and Gavin Everything is so far so good with the flat It has been built to a high standard and we have not run into any major issues We would highly recommend Fairview New Homes to anyone looking at buying a new build flat particularly first-time buyers like ourselves as they have several financial incentives for first-time buyers
