I have a 25 flag pole embedded in pavers and have always wanted to create a Christmas Tree there This product was perfect I did have to build a wooden hexagonal base as I could not use the stakes provided to fasten into the ground The results were spectacular Thanks

Webbing stopped working

One of our webbings stopped working and there are no replacement parts I was contacted by a customer service agent who identified the part I need and placed the order for me Thank you

This type of follow up is hard to find anymore

I like the lights but two of the wires snapped so those sections no longer light After mentioning this to Fairybell they went out of their way to correct the problem They are sending me replacement parts I didn t even know this was possible I like dealing with this company Can t wait to use my lights next Christmas I ll be more careful of the wind

Talked about purchasing one last year but decided to wait Poor decision on my part Missed a year of enjoyment of the Fairybell multi color tree Glad we made the purchase

1st time setting up takes time to figure out directions are hard to deceiver Once you learn how to do it its not bad Tree looks wonderful when up wish it twinkled too only downside

Called up customer service to see how tree was staked to ground because it differs from video and instructions Must stake using bungee cords
