Avoid this company I returned my product on 1 10 2024 I have proof that Falke received the return They have ignored my repeated requests for a refund I am now using AMEX to dispute the transaction and get my money Such terrible customer service

Definitely NOT WORTH THE
I spent 88 on two different styles of socks I m past the return window so I m going to throw them in the trash I hate them They fall off the back of my heels within 3 minutes walking around Don t waste your money Try Cloud socks instead

Customer service is non existent
I ordered an item I requested a copy of the order number on 11th January as I did not receive the original email containing this information as my last email was hacked It is now the 21st January and I have received no response for such a simple enquiry I have spoken to instagram on several occasions and they just say it is in hand and thanks for your patience Erm no patience left here- it is a simple request which would not take this amount of time to resolve First and last time I order from them

They will not help you if there is any problem with your order recommendations for better alternatives for buying nice r tights
My parcel got stolen after I did everything possible to avoid it and they did nothing to help and they couldn t have cared less Falke does not offer a deliver to pick-up point shipping option So once I received my tracking I checked it obsessively multiple times a day so that moment it was in royal mails hands I could request it to be diverted to a pick-up point I did this My tracking log confirms it It was delivered against my instructions to my EXTREMELY unsafe for parcels mail room which has 2 signs in it 1 visible in the delivery image asking for parcels NOT to be left there I provided evidence of all of this and they refused to refund or send out a replacement or even apologise They basically didn t believe me and requested I sign a dubious and threatening legal document before they would even consider helping me Here are some alternatives I highly recommend Tabio- Japanese made socks and tights with much nicer designs and far better service Calezdonia- their cashmere wool tights are surprisingly exceptional quality and are not itchy at all and I think the colours are nicer than falke

Terrible service
Ordered a pair of socks but what Parcel Force delivered to me was an empty parcel which had clearly been cut and re sealed I wrote to Falke customer service - no reply So I called and spoke to an unhelpful and unsympathetic customer rep I have still not received any reply replacement refund from Falke I am not sure they even deserve one star

Goods paid for but not received
I ve never received a hat that I ordered and have paid 70 for in 3 January I notified the company 4 weeks ago and followed it up last week but only received an automated response Terrible customer service and basically taking my money for nothing in return

Useless customer service
Useless customer service - one of two items arrived damaged couldn t get through on the phone so sent an email No response after 4 days so called and managed to get through Person you talk has no control over what they do and talks about them like they work for a separate company Was told they would send me a replacement pair but the next day get an email saying they refunded instead Called again and all they can do is send them an email Not much use if you say actually need a pair of ski socks to go skiing Used Falke socks for years but this service is appalling avoid at all costs Buy from Snow and Rock and let them deal with the useless supplier
