STAY AWAY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
I have been a contractor for over 15 years and I never dealt with a company with such disregard for their customers I have worked with hundreds of companies in this industry and never have had to leave a bad review But after 8 months we still do not have a countertop The company is extremely bad at communicating and does not reply to emails at all It is very difficult to reach them by phone and when they do answer no one will take responsibility The typical response was that they were in a meeting which is obviously a lie On Dec 2 we decided to cancel the order as they have been unable to deliver the countertop Despite sending 4 emails asking for the money to be returned they have not responded at all We have had to complain to NETS where they have started an investigation to have our 30 000 kr returned This is extremely unprofessional towards their customers and at this point the company has defrauded us and stolen our money I would encourage you to read the recent reviews here and stay far away

The company is part of a network of companies whose owner has history of starting businesses cashing in and going bankrupt This information is publicly accessible in Denmark if you search for Martin Hoff Larsen The following individuals have been involved in the scam Philip Ravn Michael Ravn Lasse Ravn - all of them are or were part of Falkegranit as well We re owed 35k for a Dekton counter top ordered in August - never received The company stopped communicating my phone number has been blocked by several representatives We have involved the authorities If you have already paid any amount of money and have hard time getting hold of the employees I recommend you to do the same

The team at Falk Granite takes care of you 100 from start to finish
I contacted Falk Granite with a complicated problem I needed a granite step in a particular size shape but I also needed it to match with the step beneath I don t know anything about granite so I sent them a picture and they researched what type of granite it was Then they asked for more pictures of the bottom step when it was wet dry They finally determined exactly what type of granite it was - and where to get more They cut the piece perfectly and had it delivered here to our home in Copenhagen It looks great it fits perfectly - and it matches 100 the step below After all that - I still received a phone call from them to make sure that everything was OK and that we were satisfied Wow - talk about old fashioned service Thanks again Falk Graite

Beautiful collection
I have worked with Falke granit in a couple of different projects and i am very satisfied with their team since they are very busy it is possible that they delay a bit but eventually their work will make it up for that They have a extremely beautiful collection of stones
