I ordered 2 pair of walking shoes that were advertised as being from the company Camel After 3 weeks what arrived from China was nothing like I had ordered I received cheap sneakers that were not what I had ordered I wrote several emails to the company in both English and German without receiving any reply I disputed the charges on my VISA but was advised that there was nothing that they could do to assist Do not falsely believe that you can successfully dispute what is obviously fraudulent business practices from this company

Terrible quality products the return fee is more then the item itself around 35 and needs to be sent recorded to China which is impossible

I ordered a jacket for my husband size XXL The jacket that came is labeled XXL but its actually size M because i gave it to someone who wears size M and it fits perfect These are cheap jackets from China you can find the exact same jacket on shein If i knew i would never order from Falkenstein because to send it back it would cost more than 50 because you need to send it to China with tracking number Nonsense Never again
