Our above ground pool has lasted 12 years and is still working

In 2007 we installed a 24 foot round above ground swimming pool I am happy to report it is still working -we enjoy it every summer and we live in Alaska The only thing we ve had to replace in 12 years was the solar blanket

The pool I purchased is exactly what was shipped the box was torn and I didn t think any parts where missing but when I attempted to assemble it almost a year later there was a couple of small pieces missing I called family pool to purchase the missing parts because I knew after that long a time there would be no way to claim the parts missing But instead family pool sent me the missing pieces with no charge and followed up twice with me to make sure I was taking care of This is a great company to deal with on a pool purchase from my experience The staff are very helpful thank you so much
