The sizes are not accurate the cuffs on long sleeves are stretched out with baggie clothes altogether There is no return policy and the customer service is lackluster with no satisfaction guaranteed A rip off is an understatement What a scam

Awful company Ways to improve a new return policy is needed as well as an entirely new customer service section Quality is cheap on products so that needs improvement as well

I purchased what I thought would be a quality Bible carrying case It was smaller than advertised poor quality and in short it was a total rip off The price was approximately 3 times more than what it was worth I was fooled and I will be very careful in the future to make sure a special order item is not coming from a Chinese rip off company

Horrible NO reply at all when package was not delivered and stuck in custums loss of money no refund no contact - reminds of scammers on FB that impersonate real persons making the Life of the impersonated a Life of hell and Guilt

Still waiting for item

I placed an order for a family ornament on 12 4 Here is it Christmas morning and the ornament has not arrived I wrote them 2 emails about my disappointment and frustration The site has 2 address listed in the U S but at no point does it warn you that it is being shipped from another country and has to go through customs Had I known that I would ve ordered elsewhere This is why is it so hard to support small businesses If you decide to order something from them anyway order 3-6 months before you actually need the item I will never again personally
