This company is a joke After multiple attempts of trying to reach customer service they have never followed up on how I can return the poor quality product that I purchased from them I bought my brother an outfit which I thought would be decent for the amount I paid but the material and design were very cheap His response was where did you get this from in a sarcastic tone of disinterest Additionally I ordered the items a month before his birthday but it s still arrived late The shipping stated it was coming international from China but the return address says it shipped from somewhere in California Why did it take more than three weeks to get shipped I m surprised there are no reviews on here but I believe people are leaving the bad reviews for the legit Real Fanatics website by mistake I will never order from Fanatics Real again Their company name is a trick to confuse you with the real website This one should be called Fanatics Fake
