i didn t receive the order placed more than one month ago I wanted to cancel de order but they didn t refund me because they didn t receive my returned product so i have no money and no rug

I placed order on Dec 14th and I still
I placed order on Dec 14th and I still haven t received my order today Jan 15th tracking still says preparing shipment I ve emailed numerous times and messaged via WhatsApp which they do reply but they keep saying your shipments almost ready I WhatsApp last weds and they said they were going to message factory to see what the hold up was but today they ve not messaged back On last email I asked when will it be ready as I don t want to wait much longer but no one s gave me a date yet I also paid 49 99 deliver which stated when ordering that it would be between 7-10 working days Also the vinyl rugs that I ordered isn t even on the website now they said they have took it out of website just now but my order will ship soon

Honestly what a joke of a company had
Honestly what a joke of a company had to make a complaint through shopify about getting the run around from this company regarding order I placed 14th December and still not received They have now refunded me minus the 49 99 delivery which I ve placed another complaint through shopify about I mean my order hasn t even been shipped yet they probably don t even have it in stock and they ve the cheek to keep the delivery charge honestly avoid at all costs
