They re just out to take your money

This is by far my least favourite Casino to play on The games are good but it s like they are actively making sure you do not hit a bonus and when you finally do hit one it pays garbage My money goes a lot farther playing these same games on the other sites like Chumba and Betty I gave FanDuel a try but I think I ll pass on this casino clearly they don t know how to keep their customers satisfied and are just about taking your money as quick as they can Do better FanDuel

Noooo Don t join

Everything 70 of the games I entered were cancelled With no notifications Can t communicate with anyone but a really crappy virtual assistant Can t get my money back I deposited What else do you need to know

Not honoring their own promotions

I have a bonus bet as per their risk free promotion I opted in received the bonus bet yet I m not able to use it There should be a slider to select the bonus bet and there isn t I contacted customer support and was told they can see it but it s not there Was told they have to escalate it and can t give me even an estimate on when it will be fixed Very cold very committed to not caring in the slightest bit They re not upholding their end of the deal The bet expires but the game I want to use it on is going on right now I d be forced to use it on a sport I m not familiar with IF it were to be resolved That s not particularly fair They should uphold their end of the deal or at least credit my account so I could make my wager and then just cancel the defunct bonus bet

I keep booted off the app when I m in middle of playing casino games I ve asked to speak to a supervisor for over a month and no one has reached out to me the worst customer support

Fanduel suspended my account

Fanduel suspended my account For 12 days they would not communicate with me Then they tell me it was their systems mistake and they reactivated the account They didn t apologize or make an effort to make up for their mistake to try and keep a customer This company is really going down

Just did my first bet with them

Just did my first bet with them I have a screenshot of a conversation saying that it would be a risk free bet and I would get free bet money back within 72 hours of the bet settling However it is now 144 hours after and still nothing there customer support keeps saying 24 more hours and someone recently told me that they shouldn t have said that Trying to fight to get money back since they blantly lied to me with proof

There Must Be Better Alternatives

I decided to gamble on an upcoming game and did not have a site to use so I signed up for Fan Duel I created a new account funded the account and then placed the bet I wanted to place for a game several days out I attempted to log in the next morning and was denied The site didn t recognize my location I do use a VPN however turn it off when I create a new account log into an existing one etc The site indicated I needed to download a locator to verify my location I did that still no luck I emailed tech support and explained the situation DAYS later I received a VERY inappropriate rude reply accusing me of masking my true location via a VPN I responded explaining I DO use a VPN just not when I am logging into joining sites etc I also questioned why I was able to open fund AND bet BEFORE anyone decided I was masking my location I never received a response to that message The wager I had made did not work out so this is a non issue now as I have no funds to collect Had I won collecting could have been a challenge Long story look for alternatives to Fan Duel

Stay so far away from FandualThey basically don t have any backbone and deal with you on Chat sites There are no phone numbers to reach out to and no executive offices Fandual takes your money instantly and pays your account within 3-5 days if at allIf you are winning or increasing your betting dollars they immediately suspend your account and ask for personal information which is unheard of Fandual is the worst Site and very shaddy Your dealing with no Corporate back office and it s going to cost you be very frustrating GO ELSEWHERE BE CAREFUL

last night I had a parlay of a 2nd half

last night I had a parlay of a 2nd half td by Lawrence 3 tds by Lawrence I won the 2nd half td but it says Lawrence only had 1 td when he had three tds The parlay DID NOT SPECIFY if it had to be rushing receiving or passing tds Lawrence had two passing tds and one rushing td I reached out to FD after it said I didn t win and they replied saying it was for rushing or receiving I have screenshots that says just tds who would bet on a QB getting 3 rushing tds or receiving when he throws the ball FD cheated me out of my parlay and the explanation was it was rushing receiving after the game was over but didn t put that on the parlay originally
