I wanted a personal profile with lock in it yet people keep watching from my account and someone removed my list although i have a pin same goes for my amazon prime I cant use my profile because of this very reason my money went in vain

Bought Netflix prime subscription netflix worked fine but prime needed code to log in and it has been very difficult getting in touch with customer support Still have not been provided with login code for prime has been over a week
