If I could leave no stars I would Having re started my subscription for the marvel movies figures Wet up direct debit and subscriptions came through for about 6 month s Then nothing Contacted fanhome customer services to find out why they have stopped sending me my figures They could not tell me as could not trace my account Really bad customer service when lime other customers Very long subscription resulting in large spends with them and not able to complete existing collection Very bad

Absolutely dreadful service
Absolutely dreadful service Firstly they don t tell you the whole truth in their advertisements In the cost breakdown for each issue they only tell you the pricing for a handful of the first issues After that the price keeps increasing every month and each model your building is broken down into the most amount of parts as possible to keep draining your bank account for as long as possible I m building the Nissan Skyline R34 and the subscription break down only covered the first 6 issues It was claimed from issue 6 id receive 6 assembly parts at a cost of 11 99 each plus p p however issue 7 was more than that and 8 was even higher 91 the price just keeps going up They use Yodel as their courier and they are seriously bad I still haven t received Decembers issue yet although I ve been charged for it a month ago Fanhome sent an email in December claiming Yodel cancelled all parcels from Fanhome until the 8th of January due to an overload on their network but we would still be charged even if we didn t get the issue it s now the 20th and Fanhome still haven t even sent Decembers issue yet they ve already sent the usual email for January s claiming THAT is about to be sent Contacting Fanhome support is equally pointless they ll fob you off with excuse after excuse instead of dealing with an issue you raise My first issue sent was left outside on the street by yodel because Fanhome didn t print my full address for yodel to deliver it they simply put the building number not the flat Luckily I spotted the package and seen it was mine I brought this to the attention of Fanhome who claimed to have fixed it they didn t at all I manually have to log in to yodel when they have the package to tell them which flat to deliver it too I ve never in my life has so many issues with one company in such a short space of time from being registered We pay postage on these issues with our subscription and it s made to be our fault when their courier can t do the job not only do they fault on their own terms and conditions but they are unlawfully changing us for what is really a service they can t provide to start with If you have a subscription with Fanhome I urge you to cancel it ASAP there are other firms who offer the same model packages that are far more reliable It s a disgusting way to treat paying customers

Total Scam
All was well until there was an attempt to charge me just under 50 for my 3rd shipment It wasnt stated anywhere how much it will cost for each shipment with a total of 20 When ordering it stated only the first months payment and not the 19 remaining They give no email or message in advance to let you know how much will be deducted Luckily i didnt have enough for the 3rd payment which is a life saver as i wouldve never wanted to pay for something if it was that expensive and have to wait 20 months for it to be complete After finding that out i then realised i was charged 25 for the 2nd shipment which i also wouldve not paid if i was told in advance how much i will be paying and not get robbed blindly by them Absolute joke this company is a scam and charges you an arm and a leg for somethings thats probably made in china and costs max 50 not 1000

Do Not Jumble Puzzle Sales
I wish I read the reviews before committing to this company Fanhome Clearly a company with good intentions to get my money without delivering We will keep sending you issues to enable you continue your build whilst we try and source the missing issues Fanhome must have started in jumble sales trying to persuade individuals to buy jigsaw puzzles with pieces missing Completely missing the point of a subscription partworks You need all the parts to compete Fortunately the Consumer Rights Act 2015 has a clause and I have applied my Right to Reject Looking at these reviews do not expect anything except holding Sorry still trying emails Already have paperwork for Small Claims Court ready to be submitted

Sinking fast
Disappointing service leading to suspicions they are going down the pan as Eaglemoss did 4 years trying to complete the Ecto 1 build and I ve given up hope it will ever get finished Over 1k spent and Fanhome still haven t shipped an issue they took payment for three months ago Their customer service team just reject any query and merely state they will escalate my concern Shocking company with utter dogs service and communication Have requested refund and they refuse whilst telling me to be patient Credit card company will now reclaim payments made Looks like this is a very common issue with loyal UK subscribers Shame on Fanhome Degostino

Contestant delays
Missing 4 deliveries now and no sight of the situation improving for the enterprise build Customer service bots giving the same response I highly suspect their days are numbered and many fans will be left with uncompleted builds Send the company is going the way of eagle moss

Evil company stay away at all costs
Do not sign up for anything with this company All of the bad reviews are absolutely spot on I actually signed up for trustpilot so that I could write this review The customer service is appalling They didn t send my first magazine with the first Star Trek model and ignored my pleas to send it to me Just told me no sorry when I had paid for it When I raised a dispute with the bank they then threatened me with legal action and sent me a really nasty text message on Christmas morning while I was cooking Christmas dinner Really really shocking and quite scary really as the irony is they breached their contract with me by not sending me the goods I paid them for and then alleged they were taking legal action against me not the way a company should be operating The free gifts promised with the subscription never materialised either Scammers

Don t buy from them
Don t buy from them I bought batman collection charged me for 2 sent 1 following month sent me the next 4 plus 1 I missed and still charged me for it this became a pattern and then getting double ups poorly organised I company I can say for certain won t be using again

DO NOT SIGN UP - HIJINX AHEAD
So I have been denied package 15 of my KITT build for 2 months Today I was billed 25 00 for the last 2 parts of package 16 so I am 6 issues behind Sending me these parts out is literally pointless as they cannot do anything except sit on my shelf Having got BOT answers from their online chat I decided to call them I spoke to a rather unpleasant woman who did not once address my concerns rather just gave me the same answers as their webhook This is how the last days of Eagle Moss were played out ironically the guy who ran that into the ground became this company s CEO This whole experience has been awful just truly awful I wish I had never signed up with these guys Just one fail after another

Delivery is TERRIBLE
Fanhome as a company I d give 2 stars maybe 3 but their delivery process rates a ZERO Unfortunately you can t leave zero stars I just started my R2-D2 build in October 2024 and after package 2 the nonsense started They use OSM Worldwide as their 3rd party delivery service who absolutely SUCKS I ve been waiting over 45 days for package 3 I ve already received part of package 4 they re waiting on supply They ll sure the heck bill your credit card promptly but won t help when your stuff is literally sitting at a warehouse I ve called Fanhome multiple times about these issues The customer service rep is nice enough but their scripted replies don t help the matter I requested a callback from management 3 days ago of course that didn t happen So now I m resulting to social media They are letting OSM Worldwide totally tank any collector community respect they have I actually cancelled my subscription and bought the entire 100 stage build all the packages off of eBay
