True customer service
A fantastic service from beggining to end no pushy sales just polite and friendly help and fantastic customer service I bought some Floorstanding Speakers Wharfdale Elysian 3 s They are available from several faceless websites but i like to support real smaller buisness with people you can speak to and knowledge you can rely on From my inital enquiry I knew I was in safe hands and communication was friendly and fast I was offered a good deal on my old speakers as part exchange and despite being a nearly 6 hour drive away I was offered an install service and pick up of the trade-ins for a very reasonable cost Steve the installer is a lovely guy and arrived when expected and did a great job packing up my old speakers and setting up my new ones I couldn t be happier with the service I have received and would urge anyone looking at getting some new equipment to give them a call Real buisness s with proper customer service should be treasured and supported If my wife ever lets me spend on Hi-Fi again just kidding she loves our new speakers I ll definately be using Fanthorpes again
