Fanytel s support experience was disappointing After agreeing to a refund the team stopped responding leaving the issue unresolved Additionally their WhatsApp feature hasn t worked since last year yet they continue to advertise it on their website creating a misleading customer experience Their lack of accountability and outdated services make them a challenging provider to rely on

THe owner is a scammer he sells used number again and again if we complain to him he wont even bother too refund and say we agreed to terms and conditions and blames its on his suppliers almost every number in this app is used and he keeps reselling it so he can scam his last customers stay away

A company with worst services i call a number in USA it disconnects or they can t hear my voice and it s been one month I can t solve my problem calling every night again and again

f you you happen to switch phones for any reason your credit will not follow eventhough you do a transfer of line from the old phone you will have to purchase new credit on the new phone the worst is that in spite of the purchased credit I have not been receiving any calls and when I tested it myself by calling the purchased line from a landline phone the call does not go through waiste of money and time
