Josh was responsive and helpful while we discussed the requirements of our trip to Namibia We didn t know the country so his experience and advice were invaluable in ensuring all went to plan over the two weeks of self-drive holiday All the accommodation was good we were met at each location and made to feel welcome We were lucky with the wildlife but going towards the end of the rainy season meant we had to be flexible with the travel arrangements Josh s agents in Namibia were helpful in organising things when river crossings proved risky on our leaving day Josh was keen to obtain feedback after the trip and had a caring attitude throughout while adding his own experience and advice which proved knowledgable and relevant
