Absolutely awful experience working for them on an insurance job no management skills no communication sending us to jobs we can t get into not paid a penny despite dropping everything for them to push the job on when needed I think the customers at the end used someone else and lost faith in them too so nobody got paid complete shambles from start to finish do not use this group as you will definitely be disappointed you have been warned

I can t even start to describe how poor Farcroft have been on a matter relating to a painting restoration They demonstrated incompetence and deviousness at every level for more than 3y It s absolutely staggering how a simple job could have been messed up so badly Rather than restore it Farcroft caused catastrophic damage to our treasured painting And are cunningly looking at ways to wash their hands off this No morals whatsoever I would not advise anyone to use Farcroft
