I got a really good deal for my flight to boston it was confirmed by rebecca who promised that my tickets would be delivered to my inbox within 48 hours and she made it happen I am satisfied with her services and she was super helpful and polite in getting me a seat of my choice on the plane

Initially when I went on line and purchased the 2 airline tickets I had apprehensions and Prayed that I was not being scammed When I spoke to the representative Michael Brown my biggest fears were put to rest This gentleman was kind patient and very reassuring He is truly an asset to your company and deserves recognition He definitely goes above and beyond and as a result from his excellence I will be a returning customer spreading the good news to my traveling family and friends

I think only people who have had a bad experience post reviews Often the bad experience starts with a mistake made by the person booking the flight as was the case with me I booked a ticket for someone in her maiden name and then it had to be changed to her married name farebarber told me how to proceed but when I called Jorge kins they told me differently I spoke to four different representatives and they all contradicted farebarber The obvious conclusion was that farebarber customer service was deficient After a lot of fuss and bother Jorge eventually admitted that Travel was correct and their representatives were following outdated instructions
