I have tried to contact farmaferoles via email and telephone about when my order 484126 will be delivered I have received no answer up to now Neither is my order registered in my account details by farmaferoles I only have an email confirming my purchase Not sure when or if the order will be completed because of this

Double charging bad communication Avoid

It was very difficult to get a reply on my mails I wanted to know when I could expect my order to be delivered because it took four days between my order and the sent message Farmaferoles didn t answered my mails at all They charged my credit card on the day they sent my order Three weeks later Farmaferoles charged my credit card a second time with the same amount Because they don t answer my mails with the request to refund the second payment I now have the hassle to complain with my credit card company My suggestion Look out for better options
