I bought 200 3ft golden privets for a job and 20 failed to take Approx 5 were already dead when I received them I tried to resolve the issue with them but was told that due to the hot weather in the summer they were watered throughout and that there was a few weeds in the photos supplied they would be unable to offer replacements I have now had to put this job right out of my own pocket obviously purchased elsewhere and I will never return to these cowboys If you are looking for quality hedging then I highly recommend you to go elsewhere

Dead plants sent out will only refund alive undamaged returned so therefore they do not have to give a refund absolute SCAM Photos as proof do not buy from these people

CLUELESS DUFFER- DONT BUY No clue as to how to manage website or to take payment Despite showing sign of Pypal and Amex online payment does not work Customer is wrong and they are right as payment system work from their side Due to their complete stupidity I decided no to buy and luckily got a cheaper deal from elsewhere whose papal and Amex both worked and shopping was done in a click Customer care is big O and fullOf arrogance with no clue to website management TOTALLY TIME WASTER

I ordered a deer set for the garden unfortunately one was damaged in transit I sent the company an email on the evening I discovered the damage and by 9 05 the next day they called me to arrange another deer to be sent to arrive next day Really excellent service The deers are great as well
