Don t waist your money and time
Don t waist your money and time Was never able to open files on Procreate app or able to download any zip files on my new iPad 10th generation They keep telling me to read the manual but it doesn t help since the zip file can not be supported I could have drawn 10 design with a simple pencil and paper with all the time I waisted on this Asked for my money back but I guess this is a scam and it is my loss Stay away from this

Received nothing but empty files SCAM
Received nothing but empty files After realizing that customer service wouldn t help me I demanded a refund and got called stupid Being told i didn t know how to use the program or download Procreate But i have the app and that s the only reason i purchased the program But when i called it out as a scam through emails and on social media they threatened to sue me for defamation instead of a refund Don t get this program it s a scam
