I am writing to report an online website called Fashionesta based in Germany I made a purchase of a shirt on their website on 27th of October 2023 On checkout I was clearly made known that shipment to my UK address is FREE due to offer advertised on their website After a while I received a letter from Parcel Force UK that I have to pay the sum of 94 22 for customs charges I immediately contacted Fashionista and they instructed me to pay the money because it was to them not labelling my order appropriately and they promised they would reimburse me with the 94 22 Ever since I paid the money with proof of payment sent they have decided not to reply to my various email sent to them Please help me chase this as I believe I have been swindled by Fashionesta
