I ordered a ring set over a month now

I ordered a ring set over a month now still haven t received it and no refund I m very disappointed and I wont do anymore business with them it seems as if its scam and they are just ripping people off because real businesses care about having customer courtesy and satisfactory but Fashionholla just doesn t give a hell very pissed off and I m gonna pursue legal action not because the little money its it s the bbn principle

Horrible experience the products are not described as on the website I order two pairs of sunglasses both were cheaply made and not worth the price charged When I inquired about receiving a refund and returning I was told I would need to handle making the return label on my end and the address to return is not California as stated on their website it is China I have never used a company that requires you to make your own return label Since I did not have access to create this label they offered to refund me a portion of the total I paid to keep the product I accepted since it was not with the headache and I was never refunded This is an awful company with horrible customer service Do not expect any quality products to come from this site
