This company is a SCAM It all started when they took 2 WEEKS longer than the promised to delivery While I was waiting I mailed them saying I didn t needed it anymore because it was for a holiday and now it was too late They said they couldn t cancel anymore but I could return Ok But then the NIGHTMARE started The clothes don t look AT ALL with the pictures really the pictures are 100 something else doesn t even look close to being the same and look veeeeeery cheap and poor sewed the most terrifying clothes I ever saw in my life which is already a SCAM by itself But also ok they told me I could return Then I mailed them for returning and they told me I SHOULD PAY for the return It was THEIR MISTAKE by being 2 WEEKS LATE with the delivery they did not keep their side of the agreement sent me the most horrifying thing ever and I HAVE TO PAY to get my money back OMG Save yourself some trouble and trust me stay VERY FAR AWAY from them

Do not order anything I repeat do not order Delivery took months got send back and around a couple of times I wanted to send the clothes back since I had no use for them anymore since the delivery took so long It took about 10 emails back and forth Standard replies they didn t even read my email In the end I finally got a return address what turns out to be in f kcing China At my own cost It seems like a dutch website and those assh les deliberately don t mention their return address anywhere I usually don t make mistakes with webshops but this was a bad one

Fashionivora is the worst company ever Experienced the same issue Refusing to give me my money back eventhough I have returned the items according to their instructions How can I get my money back Have been emailing them for over a month Does any have any idea how to get this done Please do not order from this website Terrible people

If I could give 0 stars I would They made me pay 20 euros to return my package The quality of the cloths is horrible Never buy from them

The products this company sells are extraordinarily bad quality The images do not correspond to the actual product they claim to deliver in 3 to 5 days which is more like 10 days and when asked if you can return the goods you are given an address in China to ship to at your own expense Do not purchase with them at any cost it is well and truly not worth it

After a couple of months of waiting this company sends you something that has nothing to do with what you have ordered No assistance e no respect for the client Just a scam

I bought a dress which was of very poor quality not only did it come late but when I wanted to send it back I was given a false address to send back to in China The cost to send back was very high and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

This site is a total scam Be aware - the products does not match the photos at all and getting in touch with them after that is practically impossible The phone on the website is non-existent and the e-mail is non-reachable

They are selling false goods advertising them falsely as other popular brands The goods were described as leather came as bad pvc smelly pleather copy Nothing like the photos in the advert The support team uses AI images as their profile pictures You can easily proof those by clicking on Google lense Once confronted they kept making up lies and further excuses And refuse to make a full refund 110 are lost Better said stolen I am surprised that PayPal is processing their transactions Shame on PayPal I reported this fraud to the German Consumer Agency and they told me they have had numerous complaints about Fashionivora and are trying to escalate this to the other responsible legal and governmental bodies
