They Lie They Take Your Money And Refuse To Return It
Somehow they managed to sign us up to an account which permitted them to take a 2 Euro registration payment and then payments of 43 Euro They took the 43 Euro payments close together so these were noticed which highlighted the 2 Euro payment We had not made a purchase or agreed to an account being set up Customer Services is abysmal They continue giving the same spiel over and over but eventually when challenged they did actually return the two 43 Euro payments You would think this would be acceptable however when coupled with the 2 Euro which they flatly refuse to refund they actually still owe me a small balance due to the exchange rate I have pursued this but as the last arrogant member of their Customer Service team pointed out we deal with thousands of complaints like yours we are more than happy to go to court There is no postal address for this company on their site The Customer Service team are more than happy to lie and perpetuate theft from your bank account Don t get involved with them at any level and if you choose to be very careful what you sign up for They will refuse refunds They will tell you that money was taken legally though in this case it was my wife s e-mail address and MY bank account that they stole from They will promise to have a manager speak to you but that never happens EDIT -In response to the long overdue and entirely unacceptable response from OLIVER below Perhaps you should explain this better to your other member of phone support staff who ridiculed my complaint and said - AND I QUOTE - We get a lot of calls like yours Good luck You are con-artists Nothing less Refund what you owe me and the matter will be closed I was legally advised to add on interest and penalties at a very low rate but doing so would probably make the sum in the many hundreds of euro You stole my money and only partly refunded it A few placatory lines of a poor-excuse-of-an-apology is NOT putting that right

They send spam In my case with an Amazon page promoting a draw for a mobile if an Amazon form is answered Once the form has been answered a draw appears in which three packages are chosen and if you have a mobile in one of them They then make you pay 2 for transportation If you pay they say you have to pay customs duties about 40 I checked with Amazon and they confirmed that there is no such giveaway

Absolute scam
I saw an ad for a bag and went to buy it as a Mother s Day present It then said there was a problem with the transaction after I d accepted it on my banking app It then sent another transaction for another for me to accept in my app so I declined I then got an email from fashion shop life to say that I d subscribed- which I never wanted to do I m guessing the bag doesn t even exist and when emailing the company they said I couldn t have a refund They ve now took even more money out 2 days later when I ve supposedly cancelled the subscription Absolute scam and disgusting that they won t refund my money back

Very disappointing Do not order from this online store We placed an order for a yellow dress based on description and photo 2 weeks later a yellow dress DIFFERENT FABRIC withOUT the bow shown I have sent 5 emails asking for a refund and a shipping label and NO RESPONSE
