There customer service is terrible

There customer service is terrible They provided shipping dates on site but took more than a month If you re looking to ensure great quality for you customers like Fashion nova or Pretty Little Thing this is not the place The pictures on the site are misleading The clothing size are not up to standards Some Items were way to tight for a small or way to large for a small I am currently trying to return the items and they are giving me a hard time Definitely will never order here again after finding better options

Actually I wanna buy products and added the products to my cart but while adding the address there was not any option for shipping to India I couldn t find it I was so excited to kick start my business by purchasing things from there after doing a lot of research and trials but now I think it won t help too

NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

Their shipping is terrible I ordered my inventory on February 4 2021 paid the ridiculous cost of priority shipping and still have not received all of my items They waited til they were shipping my items to tell me that over half of my order was out of stock Then proceeded to say they would refund me my money which would of been over 300 I waited weeks and my money never went back on my account they kept saying oh don t worry we will handle it never received any type of refund They wasted my time and set me back NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

When do you intend to send my order I ordered on February 5 and i paid extra for fast shipping I am very desappointed because on the one hand I discovered AFTER paying my order that there was a preparation period of 2 weeks and even after these 2 weeks it is still not sent I wanted to order test samples but of course I will not embark on a business with Fashiontiy Please give me a very quick feedback because I will open a Paypal dispute

I honestly find this website really suspicious I will start with a few honest answers -FashionTIY asks for your phone number and other useless data when you sign up i dont believe that anywhere on that site it is listed why that data is used when you cannot call them -Lots of broken english-Incorrect sizing information i could go on- anyway on trustpilot when you review somehow the site checks if your email is on there name etc and if it does not add up they automatically claim that you review is malicious even though i find the five star reviews to be -the reviews are often with broken english gibberish etc anyway sorry this review is all jumbled up i honestly could care less but anyway use my email for scammy purposes alicenheh at gmail com

There shipping is flat out ridiculous Place my order February 18 Have not had any updates or communication from them Package has showed ready to ship for a week now but has not went out There customer service is a joke Looks like I got burned out of 100 dollars

I was looking into buying but thank god I looked at the reviews You can tell the company is writing their own reviews as it s rated 5 star with all very similar wording sentences and even on the same date or within a 3 day window frame SCAM

The quality is hit and miss

The quality is hit and miss Some items are good and others fall apart at the slightest touch They take forever to respond even during their posted working hours Items are not in stock yet they will allow you to make a purchase and have you waiting forever instead of just issuing a refund I asked a million questions about the images posted and was told that the items look exactly like the pictures Received an item that was a different color than what was expected looked red but was actually pink and was told to just put it on sale when all I asked was to exchange the item for a different item Shipping is extremely too high I will just continue looking for an affordable wholesaler with better quality
