FALSE ADVERTISING

I purchased a pair of sparkly sandals due to seeing an advertisement video They took around 3 weeks to come and I was very disappointed when I received them They were nothing like the ones advertised in the video and were very cheap looking I commented on the advertisement video with a photo of the sandals and the comment and photo were swiftly deleted and I was also blocked from the website so I m assuming that I m not the only person that had been blocked This made me angry and has prompted me to leave this review

Absolute Scam - do not buy from them The photos of their items on their website now called Sophia-Rose co uk FYI and their socials may look amazing but what you actually receive is not what is advertised Refunds will not be given only percentage of your money back Not even worth a 1 rating

Shocking company Misadvertisement and NO REFUNDS

Shocking company Bought the sparkly sandals which were falsely advertised Not like pictures very poor quality product They will NOT issue a refund yet the website states they accept returns BEWARE AND AVOID Scammers

Yeah I definitely will never buy from these again absolutely joke of a company cheap tacky shoes but look amazing on the pictures Refunds will not be given only percentage of your money back Not even worth a 1 rating

Very annoyed I ordered this wind proof jacket Nothing like the picture Cheap rubbish Have been in correspondence and have asked for at least 50 refund They have now gone very quiet It s not even good enough to go to charity Avoid at all costs

I only gave a 1 star as you cannot give no stars On their Web page they give themselves a 5 star for the most awful garments I ordered a windproof woolen Jacket It also states easy returns within 14 days I told them I wanted to return the supposed woolen jacket and asked for a full refund The address to return is China and they want you to return it with tracking which would cost more than the jacket They have offered me to choose a replacement for me to buy another garment for 19 97 alternatively they will give me a partial refund of 25 What a cheek They call themselves Fashionique London com and the address is middle of a road going across a river Think I will have to report them to trading standards as they are obviously a scam If I see it on Facebook again I will comment that this is a scam and not to spend your money on them

Utter rubbish received avoid like the plague

I placed an order for what looked like a lovely shawl collard coat What I received was a very thin cardigan type article with a hood on it It is hideous but will come in if I want to resemble father Xmas in fancy dress sometime I think this company needs investigating for selling fraudulent goods different from what s advertised on the Facebook ad I can t be bothered to try and return because according to other customers they never received a refund I shall avoid this company like the plague in future and also be very wary of ordering from Facebook Ads in the future
