GOOD PRICE BAD SERVICE
I ordered an app with FastCast4U I took me 5 months to get the app done Now I ordered a change in the app and is taking more that a week and still I don t get my app done and post it I m really disappointed with the service Look like they have only 1 developer for Android platform and 1 for iOS therefore they take days to respond and that affect my business in radio industry Price cheap service bad TOO BAD

This company is a joke
This company is a joke I would not go anywhere near them if you want your streams to work We spent 5 days trying to get our streams fixed after they changed servers and obviously had no idea what they were doing Can not advise strongly enough to stay away from them

I have been with this company for like
I have been with this company for like over a year now It is a good service for the price on the streaming part but the customer service is the worst and when you need to get something done it takes an act of congress to get it done They have like 2 to 3 Filipinos that do the chat and they can not do anything to help you rather than put in a ticket which takes days to get any reply on them I will be dropping this company soon if they do not pull it together I would not recommend them to new streamers because lots of problems have to be solved by yourself and you always need a back up plan because you never know what these people will do next

My review is much like the others Support has no clue what they are doing Station has been down for 24 hours after they deployed a software upgrade without field testing All support can do is say wait and blame software developers

Fastcas4U will be sued
I have been suffering more than 2 months on technical issues but that is not all Due to an internal error they have suspended my account and now all my 4 years work is on the trash basket All my files and playlists are gone They reply only with a stupid apology and no action is taken by them I have decided to quit this awful service and I have already asked for a huge compensation due to damages misleading advertising and for not complying the contracted services This is unforgivable and totally unprofessional

WELL Thank you for destroying all of Renato Moyss n s hard work at world renowned Artefaktor Radio in Mexico and the hard work by ALL of the passionate DJs and presenters on the station who have contributed over the last 4 years WHY don t you have back-up of your back-up of your back-up When ppl pay for this service this practice should SURELY be mandatory and completely essential For you to have lost all of the stations playlists is UNACCEPTABLE You should not be allowed to charge for a service that you cannot maintain properly and - more importantly SECURE for everybody who is paying for it Absolute disgrace Pls compensate Arkefaktor Radio IMMEDIATELY Words of apology are meaningless You must be held accountable I am a regular listener to the station and I am very disappointed

They eradicated my business
My story is 2 months of constant problems Crashes and issues everyday Tickets left unanswered by higher department Got only trashy responses from filipinos guys Lost all my audience and customers Nothing fixed nothing done Only we re sorry and apologies My business got literally eradicated erased removed They couldn t even fix auto-deleting all my settings djs playlist and files All they can do is send invoices and write sorry then charge you a lot Do you want to pay for losing everything Then you should definetly go on with fastcast4u comBecause they all they can is FastLoseEverything4You com of course

I received an email with my personal information and not only mine Someone sent me all sensitive data of all customers I m happy I no longer the customer This company can t be trusted I m really mad now They never helped me and killed my radio And now the leak This company is pointless Consider all your address info telephone number city postal email ip all leaked and probably posted somewhere in the internet

Worst conpany ever After I stopped coporate with fastcast4u I still got there newsletter today I want to unsubscribe it after many years and logged in to my account and they have changed my name to Stupid Bitc h I a garanty I will never use Fastcast4u again
