Payment is left pending with absolutely
Payment is left pending with absolutely no information about it Not even a way to reach through support as it seems no one will respond Bank says money has been sent second day with nothing received in the account Edit As a response to your response the ticket has answered with Duo to an ongoing technical issue with our partner we won t be able to process payments We will inform you once we are functional Your response states I was not charged but my bank says money has been transferred to Fasterpay I also have the information from my bank The ticket doesn t say anything about the money or if it will be refunded

Unable to access fund since last year 2021
My account is suspended I was asked to upload the provided card for verification which I did after two weeks I received a mail that my cards are verified Since then I have been trying to withdraw my money from fasterpay is not going through I keep getting messages that this Features is unavailable for your account I have send messages to fasterpay and mail them but no replay my contact basad232 email basad232 gmail com thanks

Very poor support experience
Very poor support experience I uploaded all the documents that they were asking Nevermind the fact that they were rejected I just asked what was the issue and how I could fix it but no response Wrote support again still no answer ery unprofessional

Unprofessional and unresponsive
Account Manager Beatriz Hernandez is a total unprofessional and unresponsive to emails How do they hire these so called managers if they lack business etiquette to begin with We registered our company to their FasterPay Processing service She requested for documents which we have provided A week later they approved the documents uploaded in the system but still our account is in test mode We followed up twice through email and contacted Beatriz Hernandez and she never get back to us It s been 2 weeks now and we cannot use the account No response or anything from them I should have read the reviews prior to applying with them

Atrociously slow customer support
Atrociously slow customer support for a website that handles currency transactions there are businesses that rely on it s services to make money and these people put a NON-EXISTENT spending limit on guest users But for whatever BS reason have their page set up to make you think you ll get in touch with somebody within the next 12 hours WRONG Now I assume they ll give me some LIE about how long it s taken and how they ve had an increase of users ALSO WRONG it s summer time so the amount of people actually signing up goes down unlike winter times DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS REGARDING MONEY RAN BY MID EAS SCAMMERS FOR YOUR IDENTITY

Could it get worse
I can tell from the vague reviews that FasterPay is crafting them I am trained as a voice and writting analyzer From what I see before getting setup still after about 4 months many experience difficulty too after receipt of funds For me my experience is dismal so far I think for now we need to move directions and just use PayPal and some other resources I caution you this will frustrate you to your core

Don t Use This Not recommended
I made a new account All of my paperwork and personal and business information have been submitted Then they request that I present them with a genuine selfie of myself and my ID So I did They continued to ignore me despite my extensive responses to all of their inquiries It seriously infringes upon people s privacy and is unprofessional Such a thing has never happened to me before I ve sent several messages but no one has replied I advise everyone to use other companies because they are more dependable and superior

Fasterpay is making a financial fraud right now
I ve been using them without a single issue for a year or so and not a single chargback request etc So a perfect customer for them The payment processing just stopped working without any notice from them and all my hard earned money is frozen on their platform The support responded after a week stating that my money is on hold and they will reach out to me sometimes I see the same going on in all recent reviews so guys let s start a discussion on reddit or somewhere and do something collectivly

I ve been having my transaction pending and account suspended after making the transaction with proof that I m the cardholder Been trying to contact the support and didn t get any replies the verification is done yet it s still under process If this is the only way to communicate and actually get a response please find the case reference below case number OC-220930-PFMI ID PO-220929-E7E9still no reply and I ve addressed to the support team that it s very delicate when it comes to time and need it resolved asap yet no response other documents that were raised after that were verified yet my transaction documents are not verified and money was deducted Edit 7 10 2022issue has been resolved
