Avoid this company at all costs
Absolutely awful company that everyone should avoid I placed an order with them for an item at 155 214 on Amazon UK and they placed an order with another company 119 on Amazon US using my delivery address They thought they were clever making 95 for minimum effort but they are not ordering supplying the correct item that they are advertising It took almost a week just to get a returns label after numerous messages from them They were more concerned about trying to get me to remove my feedback from Amazon UK rather than do anything to resolve the problem Practically every message they send they are asking me to remove my feedback It s pathetic When you do get an acceptable resolution to a problem don t expect them to keep their word They will say one thing but do something else Don t say that I didn t try to warn you Unfortunately it was only when I had this issue that I searched for other reviews on this company They have a long list of company names that they have used previously They pick a name run it into the ground with bad feedback then choose a new name rinse and repeat Some relevant information Have a search for reviews for ergode com on Trust Pilot Search fast-media-theives-crooks-c564990 in Google and look at the link for complaintsboard

Nothing good to say about this company Customer service is not in their vocabulary I ordered a white tarp and received a grey coloured product Company wanted me to ship it back at my cost I shamed theminto sending a prepaid shipping label Sent it back and was returned because the address was wrong They would not send a second prepaid label I ordered a second white tarp and they sent me another grey tarp Then wanted me to pay the shipping for both tarps and they would reimburse me partially for the shipping Can t trust them---do notwant to ship everything back and not be paid Now I have 2 not white tarps that are useless to me THANKS FASTMEDIA

Overpriced products without warranty
They buy cheap stuff on Amazon US and resell it to other countries at much higher prices In my case they exported an item outside the US and that made me unable to make a warranty claim as that service was available in the US only I contacted the seller multiple times but every time they pretended not to understand my complaint Awful company

BEWARE This company also operates as AMI VENTURES INC check the many alerts to avoid this company and complaints on BBB Fastmedia Ship USA uses the same telephone number for their customer service on sales made through Amazon They sell damaged goods on Amazon and then blame it on the courier even though the box is perfectly fine Product did not come in its own packaging so I have no proof of the manufacturer being the high priced US made product it was supposed to be In its condition I would have never paid 5 for it let alone the 120 I was charged According to their policies I am entitled to a pre-paid return label and need a required return authorization number Neither of which the company has provided BEWARE

Broken item - Suspicous
Broken Le Crueset arrived in a damage free box Return via Amazon requires permission to return from the seller After reading company reviews I saw that this has happened to others - broken item shipped and blamed on the courier They did not respond until Amazon became involved then I received a reply the next day where they blamed the courier I refused that explanation and asked for a return Was sent a shipping label that was not prepaid and item needed to be returned in 7 days of receiving These are broken dishes - why after sending pictures do they want broken dishes back This is at the customers expense which would be expensive due to the weight and there s no guarantee of a refund I responded asking for a prepaid return label or a refund and got the robot answer that my item had been shipped I m shocked Amazon houses this seller with all the negative reviews It takes less than a minute to find out they are fraudulent including from the BBB In the end we went back and forth multiple times with replys that didn t address my questions When they offered a partial return I got Amazon involved again and ultimately got a full refund So beware - be ready for an intense back and forth and a couple of phone calls to Amazon if you run into issues with them
