My only difficulty in summing up my experience with my Fastpens order is what to focus on first The attractive design the very reasonable price the unbelievably prompt fulfillment of my order the courteous and professional assistance from Customer Service in placing my order--all of these aspects of my experience exceeded my expectations The pens are exactly what I ordered and I shall be pleased to share them with my classmates as mementos of our reunion

The custom pens I ordered came fast like the name says and came out great The only thing I would recommend is for you to send out an email when you ship orders I wasn t sure when they would arrive
