Bad service Fastship co
I use Express Service expensive Door to Door with Fastship Express but when i received my products i have to pay again to UPS the brokerage fees After i try to contact them but FastShip ignore me all time i m so upset with FastShip co

Package is Missing
I am very disappointed with FASTSHIP service I sent a package through them but it seems to be missing I have reached out via email multiple times only to be directed to a phone number that s constantly busy with no one ever answering my calls I expected more accountability and responsiveness especially for an issue as important as a lost package My package is missing and cannot be found At this point I m at a loss as to how to proceed and I would caution others to think twice before using this FASTSHIP service It has been a frustrating using this FASTSHIP service

Update to my previous review We received the FASTSHIP door to door delivery of our parcel plus the email of the delivery However the delivery man told us to pay an additional charge for the service

terrible shipping company
terrible shipping company they announce 7-10 days delivery its been a month now and nobody knows where is my parcel start to believe they are scammers
