I spent 64 95 S H but the product I received is not equal to the one shown on the website I need to return the product and get a refund but the website is down The only contact info I have is a support email address but not getting any response

This is where we re at for service They have responded but only to give me some nonsense about its going to be an additional 2 weeks before I receive my product-IF I actually receive anything remains to be seen According to the message I received the processing time is posted on their site I didn t see it
