Great experience wonderful food ever had

2 and a half hour wait and no refund

We ordered food at 5 30pm and called at 7 10pm to ask where it was were told it would be here at 7 20pm Called again at 7 40pm to ask where it was and were told someone had called and changed what address our food was going to and the food would be here about 8pm When asking about a refund for the 16 order we had to wait 2 and a half hours for we were given 2 off Definitely never ordering again

Be careful at the one in Grays Essex Fraudsters ask for 20 wings and because I asked for 10 bbq and 10 spicy I was then charged for 10 each which is a big difference and wouldn t give me the differences back PLEASE BE CAREFUL

Favourite Chicken in Rayleigh avoid at all cost they don t like it if you phone up and say very politely that something is missing from your order i did this Oh My Goodness did i pay for it or what The next lot of orders i placed the Food was either over cooked or lukewarm not matter what time of day i ordered I know that people would be thinking well if they are that bad why continue to order well the reason being is you usually like to give people the benefit of the doubt Then you start making excuses for why it s bad like they were really busy or the usual person was on holiday Then when it comes to the third order after the incident that makes you feel physically sick then it time to call it day Yet before this incident happened everything was great i m never ordering from favourite chicken again i m done with you and i used to rave about you YOUR A BIG FAT DISAPPOINTMENT NOW

Would of given no stars if possible Ordered from West Drayton branch Food turned up Chips were stone cold and the drinks were missing Phoned to complain and tried to explain Person on the other end hung up Partner and I did eat the burgers only to both wake in the night with stomach cramps Both ended up being sick and with upset stomachs lasting several days Never again

There was a hair in my food then i got accused of putting it there myself After arguing with the useless cashier they then decided to only give me a quarter of the portion back Ridiculous

I am extremely disappointed with my recent food at favorites The chicken served was pink and clearly undercooked This is not only unappetizing but also a serious health hazard I expected better quality and attention to food safety standards I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others

My husband has just bought 2 piece meal and a separate purchase for my self of one piece of chicken And charged 3 99 when I open the box it was the smallest drumstick not even a good size of chicken breast I think this is disgusting to charge nearly 4 when my husband complained in the store he was told that it was the correct price in the past we have been regular customers but will definitely not go back again
