I ve been ordering from FCMoto for about two years They have excellent pricing good in stock inventory and great selection I ve only had a few small issues with products and FC Moto has been quick to resolve the issues Shipping costs to Canada have crept up over the past couple of years but hopefully shipping costs will improve over time

Order 9146551 not dispatched for a week now although is written that item is ln stock order status still in process no delivery update no tracking number provided called twice after waiting 20 minutes on the phone no answer Update 08 06 Customer service representative contacted directly and although shipping is delayed part of items managed to ship out asap

For some years now I have been buying my helmets from FC-moto Always fast deivery and very good quality products and packaging Last order one of the helmets I ordered had a small fault only worn once and a part broke I sent it back free of charge and I got refunded immediately Made an order the same helmet and go it delivered free of charge again Amazing service even though a bit slow on email response keep the good work

Purchased a bike protection jacket for when I m out on my electric bike At 71 years of age I thought it sensible to protect my self It has given me the confidence to keep cycling The product is great and was as described Fc-Moto service was impeccable the product arrived quicker than if I had bought it in the UK Charles Bexhill on Sea England

Ordered the latest LS2 Advant X helmet to Australia

Ordered the latest LS2 Advant X helmet in solid white on 21st May 2023 and it arrived today on 12th June 2023 For those leaving negative reviews just be patient these guys get over 300 orders a day and it takes a few days to dispatch and then it will disappear into the abyss of DHL non-express and then pop out the other end in your country magically a month or so later My order arrived in Sydney on 8th June and then took 3 days to clear customs with no duty to be paid and then arrived at home in Brisbane today Pretty awesome really dispite the radio silence from DHL I guess because it probably came by sea Anyway I love the helmet it s freaking gorgeous and not only cheaper at AU 545 with FC-Moto but exactly as ordered and the latest model which I can t yet purchase here in Australia Super happy Just be patient
