Order 9142362 delivery update pending for 8 days

13 Jun 2023 All arrived After the initial hassle it was resolved up to my happiness 9 Jun 2023 Received the shipment tracking number and an email from support the order has been shipped 8 Jun 23 afternoon After posting the review I received answer from the support The records under my order haven t changed yet Progress is being made hopefully it will be resolved soon I ll keep this thread active until resolved 8 Jun 23 morning Placed the order 31 May 23 and paid immediately Status shows processing On 5th of June contacted support via email ticket 292771 without answer My present service satisfaction is disappointed

My First Experience with FC Moto from Jakarta-Indonesia

I m from Jakarta-Indonesia This is the first time I bought from FC Moto surprisingly service packing is very good and delivery is so fastI make an repeat order more for my new versys 650 2023 due to this experience in my first shopping

Items still NOT shipped out

Order Number 9135222Orderer a pair of Alpinestars boots on 28th May till now 6th June theres no update on whether the items is shipped out and NO tracking number available Emailed them and just a generic reply was given Hopefully they can shipped it out fast and update not just me but everyone else thats pending with this same problem ----- Latest updateMany thanks for the service recovery from FC-moto side and for the prompt response and promise to ship out the order ASAP

Excellent Customer Service

Ordered a pair of Helstons gloves and upon arrival discovered that one glove was a smaller size than the other but labeled as the same Customer service not only refunded the price of the gloves they also refunded the shipping cost which was almost half the price of the gloves since I live in The States And after all that they also said I could keep the gloves The response from customer service was very timely very courteous and professional I will definitely be shopping here again
