We found FCI on google when looking to furnish our new apartment Walking through the door was like walking into Alladins cave except in the case Alladin is an Italian designer The choice and quality of the available furniture pieces is fantastic It isn t cheap but it is fantastic value for the quality and styleWe purchased a beautiful couch a bed settee coffee and side tables Mirrors bedside tables a console table and a stunning dining room table set All was delivered assembled included in the costIf we have any complaint it is the time taken from order to delivery However this was explained clearly at the time of ordering It was worth waiting for All the staff are friendly and helpful we cannot recommend FCI more to any one Its worth visiting the showroom just for a day out i

Great service from FCI and special thanks to Sanjay who was of great advice We receive our table 2 weeks earlier which was a very pleasant surprise as well From our first visit to FCI to the delivery of our table we received only 5star service very easy to deal with and dedicated service

Initial customer experience was not so great as it took FCI a while to get in contact with us Our delivery was also delayed by 6 weeks at the last minute which was a supplier issue not FCI s fault However the revised expected delivery is still within the timelines set out on the website so no complaints with the overall delivery time The customer service team have since been excellent Very proactive and helpful in keeping us informed and FCI have tried to secure our order as soon as possible Rajesh in particular has been fantastic

Service was very good overall - both in store and after the order was placed We were kept advised of likely delivery date despite the difficulties around Covid-19 The actual delivery staff were helpful and assembled the items efficiently leaving the rooms in good state

FCI have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish We will definitely buy from them again The premises may not look much from the outside but inside there is a wide range of contemporary furniture - we bought a Naos table and chairs plus bar stools More importantly FCI have access to some of the best European design studios If you want some beautiful even startling modern furniture then this is the place to go Kasia was our sales consultant but she has become a friend We can t say more Soon after our first order we also ordered a bespoke set of wardrobes dressing table and chest of drawers Quite a wait for them to be supplied from Italy but the FCI installation team did a great job and we are very pleased with the look and functionality
