I have had the worst experience

I have had the worst experience shipping package from the US to Morocco They made we waste so much money and time gathering unnecessary documents and coming up with a health visa that was never explained I would need one in the first place Whatever you do save yourself the headache money and time shipping anything through Fedex to Morocco They have the worst customer service and I think they enjoy putting people through misery

Shocking service

I contracted them for a valuable item on the Monday and their contract stated arriving before 18 00 Tuesday This was a 5 hour journey within France Toulouse-Toulon The package eventually showed up on Friday and the client had to collect it themselves Shocking service that cost me 200 and a lot of worry never again I have contacted customer service to dispute the charge as they did not deliver the service they advertised but I doubt I will hear from them

Literally the worst delivery experience I ve ever had I couldn t be at home the day of the delivery and I couldn t interact with them in any way to try to reschedule the delivery so the day of the delivery they called me and I asked if I could get the package delivered the day after they said it was all ok and my package would have been delivered the day after The day after I receive a mail saying that my package will be delivered the DAY AFTER AGAIN BUT I WON T BE AT HOME THE DAY AFTER I ASKED FOR A DELIVERY ON THAT SAME DAY And now I have no way whatsoever to contact them to say that they did this mistake This is the worst experience I could possibly have

Terrible experience with FedEx in France I ve been FedEx customer in 6 countries in Europe and USA Everywhere they worked perfectly but in France they scam their clients They constantly lie about delievery attempts Their courriers are unprofessional I don t understand why the hell FedEx still works in France No working ethics no rules I was forced to pickup my packages from their office that is located 40km away from my home It s a joke

I have to say I agree with the vast majority of reviews here FEDEX said they tried to deliver my parcel lie A few days later they said that HAD delivered my parcel lie Now I will have to get a refund from the sender Probably criminal activity and the parcel has been stolen Alternatively unbelievable levels of incompetence No company should use FEDEX to deliver in France Avoid all companies who do use FEDEX

Warning the worst service by Fedex Use at your own risk

The worst service given by Fedex France 2 parcels gone astray 1 to USA and 1 to Australia Frankly they have no clue what they are doing The tracking has shown conflicting info It goes up and down to various locations customs then back to Fedex then back to another town Then disappears totally so you have no idea whats happening Checking on the given tracking numbers both come up blank This has been going on for literally 4 weeks now I could have swum over and walked the parcel there Would have been quicker If there is a problem FEDEX RETURN IT TO THE SENDER AND LETS GET IT SORTED OUT DON T SIT ON IT LIKE CHICKEN ON HER EGGS WARNING WARNING ABOUT USING FEDEX USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK Think before you chose Fedex France worst worst amateur service Not the first time either but it will definitely be the last time

They called on Thursday for a delivery I wasn t in but I told them I d be there all day Friday No delivery on Friday no info or explanation Now it s Monday and there s no information about time and I have to go out then I ll be working all week There s no way to reschedule a delivery or request a relay point etc So it just goes round and round and I have no idaa how I m going to get my parcel
